Got 2 for a few hrs fishing

Linda Mae had a full boat and only pulled 30 or so from what I heard on the radio

 

I got 30 right in front of hospital, 28 feet of water (7:30 to 12:30). It was not a steady bite (all great size and fat). Caught a 20 plus lb cat on perch rig as well (crazy). Most came on small goldies. Not sure if it helped to much, but at one point I put a perch spreader with golden spoons overhanging the side of the boat and the bite picked up a little. Traditional crappie rigs seemed to work better than anything crazy (I typically use Captian Curts Perch Rigs). Good luck!

I always have a spreader rigged up on a extra rod. Gold blades and #4 snelled hooks. I think the flash keeps them around longer and more curious. Could just be my whacky logic but I have noticed a difference some days. Half the time I don't even put bait on the spreader just let it hang down there

They were stacked in 32 fow Euclid beach. We got 8 eyes and then stopped for about an hour to perch and got 16
