West branch boat dock help

Was just invited to camp this weekend at west branch state park. What is the best place to drop a 16’ tracker? Don’t think I will leave in the water all weekend. I am hearing there is a campers boat dock. How good is it? My thought is to drop and fish and then bring back out. Advice?
Thanks
Ed

You can use the campground ramp, it is a nice one being back in a bay out of the main lake. Not sure where you can park your rig after pulling out for the day. There’s a lot before the entrance to the campground but it’s far from any site , and not secured.

Use the campground ramp, I camped there this past weekend its my favorite ramp (whole area is no wake out to make lake, you'll see the buoys just past the sunken island) and our pull in was 60 ft, I had enough room for my quad cab sierra with 21 ft ranger (its 27 with motor and tongue) and still had room for my brother Acadia to park in front of me. If you are going with someone with an RV you might be screwed, you can leave it in the lot by the office though and take the vehicle to the site, again if there is room. You can have two cars per lot, plus RV or trailer, boat etc.

I was able to use the camping ramp which was nice. Minimal traffic. The lake however was not very fish friendly. Too many pleasure boaters and jet skis. I was able to beach it behind the camp site but it made for a very muddy boat inside. From what I was told water level was down 6’ so it would have been better in the spring.
