After not fishing much due to work for the last two years, I’m pulling out the tackle and getting organized to hopefully fish more with a new assignment working from my home area.
Was reading the regs for some information and saw I am allowed 3 hooks per line. I plan on fishing mostly inland lakes and rivers, not trolling Erie, but my question is “how many hooks does a treble hook count as?”.
As in the photo, I’m assuming the old rooster tail is OK because it’s no more than 3 any way you slice it. But what about the top water popper, is that 2 hooks or 6 hooks?
Thanks in advance!
