Went to this reservoir yesterday for the first time... barely started to fish and the wife needed me home for sick kids.

No boat launch, no using live bait, open dawn to dusk, that's about all I know... was curious if anyone had more info on it. It's only about 15 minutes from my home so I'm hoping it's decent.

I saw the sign said something about residents and guests, like welcoming them both... I did not gather from it that it was saying only guests that were accompanied by a resident. I had a guy walking his dog that lives next to it stop and talk to me, told him it was my first time there and that I had just moved to N. Ridgeville - surprised he didn't mention it. All he did is talk about how busy it gets with fisherman in the summer.

You have to be a resident or a guest accompanied by a resident unfortunately

Thanks for the heads up, guess it must be some special fishing if they are that worried about keeping non-residents out. The water was really clear, which was neat but it sort of seemed lifeless. At least I got out to scratch another place off my 'want to check out' list!
