Well your allowed to fish all night, so they don’t know if your sleeping or not I figure. Your car in lot may be checked out by the sheriff of someone else I bet. That’s a toss up trying it.

I think technically it's not legal on ohio waters, but I've done several times on mosquito. Even had ODNR check me one morning, seen the air mattress, bedding etc. Just said hardcore and didn't seem to care. The car/trailer in the parking lot might concern them, missing fisherman etc.

If you sleep in the boat on the water you will need a white light visible 360 degrees.Be careful.

Yeah get back in a back bay and no one knows, not likely to get run over in a electric only lake, I wouldn’t put a light on it would just draw bugs and others.

Many lakes in Ohio allow you to sleep in your boat.
I find it highly doubtful you would be bothered.

 

I'd just put a note saying late night catfishing. Hope you have an car alarm or something.

No, LOL just thinking about heading and doing some night fishing and taking a break to fish the next day

 

Wait till the water gets to the 60s. Maybe just maybe you'll find a few of the night time eyes feeding heavy. Biggest eye I ever caught was there at midnight 31" 12lb
