hocking/ logan spillway question

I just moved to Lancaster with my girlfriend. I've been driving around to see what fishing there is down here. The Hocking looks good, just wondering if there are any private property/ trespassing issues on it. (I lived in Wisconsin for a few years and people could be really, really touchy about this). It looks like there are places to pull-off all along 33 from Logan south through Nelsonville. Can someone just get in the water and start wading from these?

Oh, and I stopped at the spillway under Lake Logan - does it get a push of saugeye when it gets cold?

John, Ive been wadin the Hocking for about 7 years and onle seen No Trespassing signs just south of Logan , but other than there Ive had no problems.. As for the spillway , Ive caught a few from there..
