I'm docked on the far eastern "row" of boats at Key Harbour. I had less than 1' of water under my boat. I raised my outdrive. Watched a guy leave the "western row", he was churning alot of mud.

 

Help! water level in vermilion
Am planning on coming up to vermilion Tuesday morning and our boat is docked at key Harbour. Just wondering if there is enough water to make it out of the river after seeing some pics of Huron? It's a two and half hour drive for us so if you know please respond. Thanks

Chicken, Im in the same marina, as of last weekend you could get out. Looks like winds will be comming from the south again tomorrow @ 15~20 and thats not going to help. I have seen your boat and your far enough down though that I think you will be OK.

I orginally docked at Key but because of the low water issues I dock on the river- never had an issue

 

Wanting to come up in a couple weeks. Are any of the public ramps at vermillion open? Or any ramps close w deep enough water to get out in the lake?

I dock my boat in vermilion and use the public ramp when its time to bring it home.i stay in till at least Thanksgiving every year and there's always been enough water and the docks are still in.
