There is a reason those big fish are there especially after a NE blow like we had Saturday. The 38 to 42 ft contour runs E/W from Vermilion to Beaver then swings NE to the SW corner of the dump. All the water sloshing back after the wind subsides hits that SW to NE ridge bringing bait to the big walleye waiting on the bottom. Thats my theory anyway [emoji6]
Just like the weather bouy.... Up there, There are several under water eddys that keep the water flowing through making the bait easy pickens for stalking walleye.

I got to witness that, craziest think I ever saw at the boat ramp. I was getting my boat out on the other side when this happened. they said the van just slipped out of gear.

Frustrating for the vehicle owner, then no porta potty at hotwaters to clean out his drawers after seeing the disaster.

we pulled out of there around 3:15 ish. yikes!
great job on the 2nd place. we were in another tourney out of vermillion, and heard it was crowded out there from the point to vermillion.
we were first place out of the money, but not a bad finish for our first tourney!

Thanks Eyelicker for the help on the program! We were struggling and after talking to you I got everything deeper and game on!!! We got our 3 man ticket with some real quality fish!! Best was 31.5 inches!! Bottom bouncers took most of the fish!! Thanks again Eyelicker
