Just Google spencer lake, lots of info. South of Elyria off 83, in Medina county. Can also access from further west, can't remember the route number.

 

I was at Spencer last week on Tuesday and the ice was 3-4" where I drilled. People said they were pulling.g quite a few bluegill out. I didn't do any good but I got there at the last hour of light.
