I haven't been the the Shaftmakers shop in 10 yrs, ever since he switched 3 St Croix rods I had in layaway for the previous yrs discontinued models. It was the 1st year they went to the all cork handle and dropped the plastic cap on the butt. I ripped him a new one!!!
