Buddy sent me a text late last night that there are some changes at the top of the leader board. Anyone hear anything about this? I don’t see any changes on the website for the brawl. I don’t do Facebook and I’m sure that’s where he got the info.
Thanks, just curious.

Yes, there is at least one major change. One team failed the polygraph (one did). It’s a shame because this was not a case of Chase and Jake. These guys are well respected and honest as the day as long. These tournaments have become more of detriment to the sport in many ways. It’s brought nothing but negative attention, and in this case, the unnecessary questioning of people’s character. The only benefit is the local economy.

What continues to be a mystery is how/why these entrants fail year after year. I've never seen anyone come forth with any information about what questions they were asked (not Urban legend stuff) or why they were DQ'd. If it's that big of a BS call on the part of the tourney directors, why doesn't someone come forth with their case?

How hard can it be to pass? Seems like an easy question, but it baffles me that there are DQ's every single year.

I'm quite sure all of the folks that have been DQ'd are great people. We just never heard why we should believe they were improperly DQ'd.

Bobk....So what team actually won? Was it the Ski Doo guys or some other team. If a team was DQ'd for something other than fishing violations, don't understand what grounds they could use if all ODNR laws were followed. Personal matters or character flaws have nothing to do with fish/game rules. Just wondering....
