As I look through all the threads/post on this site. There seems to be something that pops every now and then. "The trash around the lakes"
I say its time to get organized and clean up our waters. Whether its your favorite lake or a lake you never been to. Its where we play.
Mugglers (as I call them) dont seem to care and just leave their trash behind. You have seen it, you have complained about it. Now its time to do something about it.
Im working on getting something together (state wide) around the first or second weekend in June where we OGFers get together for a few hours and just pick up trash at our lakes.
I have a thread in the Northeast forum called Time to clean up There is a lot of support there for the idea. Take a look and post there or post here if youre interested. If there is enough support though out the regional forums, Ill try to get this moved to the lounge.
