I'm sure there's been some of these before, but what vintage gear are you still using?

I have a couple old Ambassadeur XLT 1's from the mid 80's I use for catfish. Not the most ergonomic but they've proven to be tough little reels and other than replacing the handles, never had any issues. They're on old Lightning Rods from the early 2K's and have done fine on channel cats up to 15lbs or so and a couple carp upwards of 30lbs.

I have a Pflueger Supreme from around 1974 that is still on a decent, more modern, rod. Long-line trolling, bottom fishing, etc. Can't cast it unless it's got a big weight on it.

No idea how old it is, but I have a "Ted Williams" (Sears) gold spinning reel I have used the last few years for crappie and perch. It was new in-box from my wife's uncle. He gave me all his gear when he moved to an apartment. It's nostalgic, all metal, and it works.

I have Garcia 5000, Mitchell 300, Zebco, and Johnson stuff I can't throw away, but I don't use.

I'm still using a couple of made in USA Falcon spinning rods and one Castaway rod, all bought new around Y2K. Wasn't counting them really. I've got 2 old BPS Bionic Blade rods with Johnson 710A's for when Mama goes with us, and a couple more cheapie rods with Johnson Century 100B's for when she tries to catch crappies. She has no interest in learning how to use spinning gear.

I don’t have a pic because it’s up at the lake currently but I am still using my old Zebco 33 reel and 6’ rod combo that my Dad bought for me in 1970. That was the staple perch fishing rod for the family back then and I’m still using it now. It continues to catch a bunch of perch every year.
