Hmm, Mark, could you elaborate on this a bit? If not for fishermen, is it for rec. boaters? Or who would use it? In any case , if it floats I’ll be pitching it for crappie, you’ll be pitching it for those “Big Girls”!(so will the ‘maybe’ 50 bassers I saw there this past weekend! Tourneys?)

They just need to require kayak etiquette classes. I won’t go into detail to save us a war lol.

Go out to Walborn any weekend! Lots of “big Girls”(not LMB), paddling right thru your troll, or parked in middle of the lake in groups chit chatting “Loudly”! Glad to be retarred, can avoid “weekend fishing”!😄

 

I agree with both of you lol. I’m sure there’s still something to come up with to make money off of the kayak business but not fishing on the weekends is best for guys like c.j. and me lol. I’m not a fan of crowded lakes and launches. I’m come for peace and hopefully some fillets.

 

To revive/update this a bit, this was a Gift from Goodyear, and has been placed off the point by the main parking lot/Watercraft Office area. Had noticed it was also being used by the "off-season" fishing guys, so I tried it out one day. Not too bad! Bad thing is, if you have a kayak, it's a pretty good ways to drag to launch from it! If you use a cart, bring a chain and a lock, it won't be there when you return otherwise...(just sayin, you know).
