every time I see one of these posts I think of an actual forest fire for a second despite knowing thats not what it means (except for one post about a dam being on fire).. either way, sounds like fun lol

 

We prefer Maimi Whitewater to the other local lake's but due to gas being what it is went to Winton Wood's and caught 90 fish mostly smaller bluegills with a few nicer one's mixed in but what a hoot fished about an hour or so and for a while used a rod in each hand . Alewife's are spawning and since they are related to shad maybe that's why the local lake's have suddenly turned on . Fishing has been slower than normal except for trout . Hope it stay's this way now for a while . Waxworm's outfished everything else , last week it was redworm's . Still no word on the big cat's , blue's or shovelhead's but soon we hope . Bass have been around 12 " and only sporadic catches
