My buddy went down to his property in Logan cty and had 1 buck dead and a doe that was dieing...only has 40 acres...he said the stench of death is all around....he's near caldwell...

Logan County is Northwest of Columbus. Caldwell is Southeast of Columbus. They are several hours away from one another.

Likely he means Logan and not Logan County. It is not too far from Caldwell.

Stacy, I called DNR today and asked them if this will be recorded as my golf league is on Tuesday nite and I will not be able to watch. He said it will be recorded and will be on their website under the EHD the next day. I want to watch and see what they have to say about both EHD & Chronic Wasting Disease.

A co-worker found one dead on his property about three miles north of Lancaster three days ago. Fairfield county. Still spreading.

I'm heading to my Sis and BIL's house for a little cookout and football watch party tomorrow. In a short time they will be moving to a place they bought near Salt Fork Lake, which is much closer to his hunting cabin in SE Ohio. He inherited it from his Dad, and has hunted it since he was a kid. It's in Washington Co., a little way up the Muskingum from Marietta, and in the heart of EHD country! He's been through this before, and I'm wondering if I should bring it up in the conversation tomorrow!
