First off this is a report and maybe some positive discussion. I you need to move please do( but I thought most people will read report).
Tyler Berhold and Matt Clifton were going out of CTP this morning and as were getting ready , we struck up a conversation with 3 guys in a bass boat and we said if we get into them we will call you on the radio. Guy said" we do not have a radio we just high tail it in if things get bad" I think I had some comments for him that he prolly didn't like but oh well. We headed out and set up on ghjk can ( Lewt Tourny in 2 weeks lol) and started to troll back with the waves. Saw the bass boat pass us and then set up behind us. We were just trolling with the waves as hoping something would go. There were good marks on bottom and suspended. We talked to Pooh Bear and he said he is coming out and saw him set up where I wanted to set up this morning. He stated that he had cleaner water where he was ( I could see him) and we started to pull lines and head N. The guys in the bass boat were a good ways behind us and as we passed them, we saw guys waving their arms. We got near them and saw the boat was swamped. We called PB for help as we did not know if we would need more hands. He called CG and started our way.
We got near their boat and I saw a guy bailing water and the boat swamped so I knew there was trouble. I got the boat close so all three guys could jump on. We waited for PB and he stayed with the boat while we ran the three

guys in. Their bildge pumps failed and they took on a lot of water. I have to say my crew of Matt and Tyler were outstanding in helping bring these guys to safety. Also would like to thank Pooh Bear and Mark3 for showing up (I worked alongside Mark3's brother where I work). Im glad to say all three made it home to their families because all the moons and stars lined up.. Please no calling the guys @#^%, it does no good. Read this and think of ways to make your next trip a little safer. As most of you know I'm a firefighter and when I come in contact with most people its their worst day of their life, and after 28 yrs ( to the day) I/we can take care of someone and have a positive outcome.
