Nice fish! Good to see some one catching fish in the old mud hole as some one called it. I have always loved that lake. Even though my luck fishing it was always off and on. Nice report and some nice Berlin walleye.

 

10' was the magic number for me too. I only got two 17" eyes but that is where they were.

 

Am going out this weekend jigs or trolling.

 

Went to Berlin yesterday trying to avoid the crowds at Mosquito and it paid off brought home 4 walleyes lost a hog at the boat also caught a couple crappies and one bluegill. All came from 10 ft of water off the points . Seen some boats drifting between 224 and the RR tressel catching fish don't know if they were using worms or minnows .

fished Berlin today and had a blast. walleyes hitting in 6-12 fow. chartruse twister tipped with WAXWORM.

 

By the way my best fishing buddy is my wife. this is her waiting for me to get to the boat after parking the truck. sorry no pics of the 5 keeper eyes we caught. awesom day

Went to Berlin Weds. Kept 5 walleye 15-16 inch,6 crappie ,1 smallie 17 inch. Hitting the points. Jig and crawler. Be there Friday.

 

Fished Berlin also today 4 keepers on flicker shad along with white bass ,bass, and catfish Great day on the water

 

Could anyone give me an idea where to get them wading right now? I usually fish off of mill rd in the trees but the water was lol yesterday and it seemed like the fish wasn't in there

 

2 days of fishing,,plugging,,jigging,,Bladebaits,,trolling......... 2 L.M.Bass,,3 Cats,,5 Crappie.....................I REALLY SUCKED!!..... I tried areas I DON'T regularly fish..by advisement of reliable sources... SO MUCH FOR THAT !! Back to the usual..Not their fault,,That one all mine!! LOT of Fishermen out of Bonner & Les's Parking lot @ Bonner 2/3 full at 7:30am.. Water level -1'above Sum. pool,Temp-68-75 deg.,Clarity 3'+ ..

 

Was out today but got a late start due to some wiring problems. The eyes were biting pretty well up until 10:30 this morning and then shut off like a light switch. Typical 14+" throwbacks with a keeper here and there. All caught in the willows in super skinny water. Big Joshy swimbaits were working well. Wish I could have got there at day break. Martha at Les's said she saw more limits this morning than she's seen in a long time.

 

Boy, this is making it hard for me to decide where to go Monday morning. Was going to hit Skeeter FINALLY but Berlin is closer, and if they are hittin good.... I'm just not very familiar with it. Hope the weather cooperates then it's going to be a game day decision I guess...great job out there yall!

Ive always wanted to fish berlin seems like a big body of water though without knowing where to go. All these big eyes are making me more curious lol
