I watched this bear for at least a half hour.

Been waiting to see an Ohio Bear in person for awhile. Was coming home down 183 the other day and saw something unusually dark and sized about 20 yards off the road in a scrub field. Looked at my girlfriend and said "was that a bear!" She said completely unenthusiastically "looked like one". She wouldn't let me turn around because she had to pee. Sure enough it was in the paper the next day Bear in Atwatet. Very cool!

Most aren't residents. They are mostly from PA. Its crazy the territory they roam though. Ones that show up in Bedford reservation year to year have ben tagged and tracked and they come from the Appalachian region and roam all around north and down to south ohio in the span of 3 months covering thousands of miles and go back to the mountains for hibernation. Pretty neet seeing the gps

well on the bear subject Bear with me (see slipped that one in) They are on the endangered list in Ohio and what I'm afraid of is some child getting to close or anyone for that matter very dangerous some of those kids are mean as Hell I couldn't bear to think what would happen to the poor bear very dangerous especially if the bear would try to take my stringer of Crappie I need a new rug which has no Bearing on this reply Of course a rug has no Bearing it's a rug LOL I hope some reader's of this reply will get a smile or a laugh
