How do I turn this program off? :C

I don't want it running in the background using resources.

  5. Ruminator. Dont' turn it off. It uses virtually no resources...Set it to update at 3 AM and leave your computer on.

You want automatic updates to install. Just using automatic updates will do more to keep you virus free than running an antivirus program, since antivirus only work after you get a virus. Keeping your system up to date is the most important thing you can do , IMHO.

I run an HTPC at home, for the past 2 years with NO antivirus software...just automatic updates.
