Looking for a salvage wood beam with a hewn look for use of a mantle behind a home bar I am building. Any help would be appreciated. Willing to drive within 2 hours of Canton.

Around 11 ft long with a 5x5 xsection, but could be 4x6.

I will check to see what we have. Our bank barn partially came down during a storm over the summer. It just outside of Canton.

Check the recent posting for the barn beams. These might work for you.

The lumber would be green, I do have a solar kiln, but that only operates from May to October, l have plenty of 5/4 cherry and walnut which has been dried, I really hav'nt had much demand for thick dimensional lumber, I may have a piece of Cherry thats close to that size not sure. I did have some Walnut but sold for gun stocks.
