Windy strategy

  1. Does anyone know which way the whitetails face when it is windy? Tomorrow sure sounds like a good day for a sneak attack....ground and leaves are wet, added to the wind advantage. What is the best way to approach?

    they face into the wind, usualy bed down if the winds are really strong like 25 mph+. I would try sneaking into their "bedding area" or checking low spots/dips in fields.
