Search "iwindsurf"
It gives you the info on an hour by hour basis, and lets you choose the location nearest where you are going. Updates several times a day.

If someone can tell me the update time schedule, I'd appreciate it.

I have been using s site called buoyweather.com. You can put a curser out in the middle of the lake offshore or close to shore and do it for the different ports you fish and it will give you wind speed, gusts, direction, wave heights, minimum & maximum , current direction and a brief synopsis of the morning & afternoon. You can put all your locations on your favorites menu and look them up whenever you need to. I have about 10 different ports on mine between lake Erie and Ontario. I did sign up for the premium site, it does cost a few bucks a month though. Try the regular site first to see if it's something: you would like.

Marine weather by bluefin is by far the best app out there. You can touch a part of the lake and it gives you NOAA forecasts for waves and wind and it has the buoy info for any pet on the great lakes.
