I am new to the ravenna area and I was just wondering where I can get into a good amount of crappie and bass?

mosquito lake in trumbull county,is an excellant crappie lake and really good bass lake....I would say about 40 minutes away for you if that far..

  3. If you want to go strictly for crappie I would try berlin lake, it's not far from you at all. I'm not sure how the bass fishing is there, I've never targeted them but the crappie fishing is good.

  4. Lake Hodgeson! Bass, crappie, walleye, trout, redears, gills, perch-heck everything!-and it's practically in your back yard!!

  5. LaDue Reservoir at 44 and 422. Electric only and limited shore access.
Cuyahoga River in the Hiram/Kent area might have a couple bass .

    Good luck...be safe out there.
