Let's play " Where am I ? "
I want more then the name of the creek.
World's longest creek!
Paint Creek @ the falls, lower stretch?
lets not and say we did )
Raccoon Creek, Zaleski, OH?
If I am not mistaken (and if the 'net is not mistaken) the world's longest creek is Eagle Creek. http://www.owencounty.ky.gov/
I've never been there, so I have no idea where that spot is. ?
your on the bank fishing I win
Green River, looks like your lost!
You are all wrong so far except Bass but "on the bank" doesn't count!
A river has over 100 miles of navigable water.
Canoes count as navigable.
This creek is said to have 99 miles of navigable water.
It has lots of curves like a GIANT SNAKE.
I always heard that Paint Creek was at least Ohio's longest Creek??
Anyone confirm that??
Wouldnt Be Ohio Brush Creek with Serpent Mound as your 2nd hint??
Are you at Elkhorn Creek in Kentucky? Say somewhere close to the Ohio River.
The Grand River?
I think Elkhorn Creek was named after Elkhorns (Antlers/Rack) and how they curve. I believe it is 99 Miles long but, this is kind of misleading because everyone is thinking "Southwest Ohio"
"It has lots of curves like a GIANT SNAKE."
You didn't say Ohio so I gotta believe the "world's longest creek" is part of the Nile River watershed or maybe the Amazon River watershed. The guy in the pic looks like a soldier on weekend pass...so I'm thinking Euphrates or Tigris?
I've been up there many times! That's sh_t creek!
I think Lunkers is right http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_longest_creek_in_the_US
Raccoon Creek near town of Vinton,
ah yes, good old sh_t creek, been there more time than i can remember too
This thread doesn't deliver.
I believe fishingguy got it right, and the guy is fishing from the bank because he is "without a paddle"
