I am looking to buy a new bass boat. Has anyone seen or done any research on the G3 bass boats. It looks too good to be true. Just wanted some other opinions.

    Thanks,

I have the Angler 145T.Deep-V. Great boats. Well built. Had a porpoising problem. They respond well with the addition of the smart tab trim tabs. Added them and the boat is real stable. Rode in the 175 mod-v hull boat with a 90 hp yamaha. Very nice and stable. Great package deals. Can,t go wrong with the Yamahas. Raider<><>

G3 is owned by Skeeter. The hulls are practically the same except for the material they are made out of. Don't buy from the guy up by Mosquito. He is over priced. He has a new 2002 hp180(18') with a 150 yamaha for $21,000.($26,000 if it where a 2004 model) Bass & Walleye Boats magazine shows the same boat, 2004 model in 20' with a 200hp yamaha average price at $21,000. Somethings not right there. I would have baught that boat if it was better priced. It was a real nice boat.
