Took the Yak out to a new section of river this morning, got soaked but found a new honey hole and refined the senko technique some deerfarmer is famous for. ImageUploadedByOhub Campfire1379791141.364166.jpg

The tail floats up everything I caught today was caught on this. Bouncing the head off rocks and gravel! Feel the bottom !

Some guy named smitty that works at Easton dicks, fishes tourneys showed me. You take that cork screw thing on the hook right in to the head of your worm, then just go through the. Worm Texas style and skin hook it to make it weed less. I think it's a zoom bait ( he picked it out ) not a senko at all the tail really floats! It's a really slow retrieve lift the rod tip couple cranks of the real wait a few seconds and repeat. Caught a largemouth over 12 and a smallmouth over twelve in consecutive casts right when the rain was pelting me!
