[Deep Trouble]

My brother is working out in port Clinton tomorrow and we're thinking of playing hooky tomorrow afternoon weather permitting. Haven't seen many recent reports out that way and we usually fish central basin this time of year. Can anyone share a good starting point for us? We were planning to troll harnesses.

Plenty of fish in western basin. Good luck. A can has been really good along with old International F can along with the Kidney area. Plus many many more areas.

NE corner of kelleys has been good at times ? But that is about all I know on those yellow perch Now ? still in walleye mode !

Thanks, i'd rather be huntin walleye but will have five 10 yr old boys on board so gonna try for some yellows.

We got yellows on the ne partof Kelley's Friday last week. 47 fow off the shoal. Half shiners on crappie rigs. Full minnows only got trash. Pulled anchor and started a troll around the shoal and started picking up eyes. Biggest 26" with most 16"-19". Fish were really concentrated every fish I marked a waypoint on the GPS and almost all were on top of each other. All on 2 oz 80-90 back with pink harnesses.
