Walther Sportmodell German Training 22

Wow.... I've seen one at an Auction but for the life of me I dont know which one and how much it went for.. It was advertised as a training rifle though.. For the German troops..

I'll ask my son this evening. He did some research on this model of rifle a while back. We obtained one of these from an old friend of mine down in SC. Mike

Those are excellent rifles. Buddy of mine has mint one his old man brought home from WW2. I’ve had a couple but condition was poor to say the least. My brother had the Sporter model which was also a War bring home. He traded it on a Remington 541s and should have his butt kicked.
