today towboat towed a 24 ftr in during the air show rush to the docks. he was yelling at boats? shouldn't he have a p.a. system and some yellow flashing lightand or some type of warning horn when towing in heavy traffic? i left early and it was still a mad house there. with all the boats some anchored some not, just idling around. and of course one family pulling a tuber thru it all at slow speed.

Same here. She wanted to take our boat out and watch the show. I said forget it, can't pay me to deal with that crowd. Was out with Parma on Sunday but we got out early and beat the huge rush coming in.

The tow boats all have yellow flashing lights over here as I re-call.
I also thought the boat being towed was to have a distress flag depolyed?
