My little Tuna can isn't big enough to go deep on the late. I've been interested in trying shallow before the water warms too much. Am I too late? I'm lookin at puttin in at the Chagrin (cuz that's where I live) and trying just offshore a few hundred yards Lindy Rig style. Wave permitting, maybe a bit further. Would this be a waste of time? I want some walleye to eat so I feel like I have hunted down and caught food for my family! Oh we're not starving, it's a primal thing!:)

You could do well drifting right off the water intake at CEI. Used to walleye fish there alot. You can even try anchoring just off the intake and just let a crawler drift down the current. Late afternoons, evening bite.
