On April 27, 1971 the Grateful Dead surprised everyone when they welcomed The Beach Boys on-stage in the middle of a five night stand at The Fillmore East, New York. The classic Dead lineup was in great shape. The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson had already taken off on his own, and Dennis was off due to a hand injury. I don't think there is any video footage of the show. If you know of any, please share
