After my shooting extravaganza Friday I had half a dozen doves to eat ....FINALLY!!!! I had the grill going for some steak anyways so here is what I decided for my doves: 1/2 cup Tequila Lime marinade -store bought (homemade is better..stay tuned for that recipe coming soon ) 6 dove breasts deboned (11 pieces after one went down the drain accidentally) place the meat and the marinade in the vaccuum sealer container with the lid on then suck the air out. leave in container about 20 minutes. Onto the grill...medium high heat. Turn pieces every few minutes to prevent burning. Total cooking time is about 10-12 minutes. The taste is incredible. The meat stays tender and juicy.
