Fished Tappan for the first time ever Friday. It was a great day and I really enjoyed it. We were Bass fishing and my son caught one and I was skunked. I threw a little bit of everything I had in my tackle box with no luck. That is not unusual for me. This is my first year of really getting into fishing and I have a lot to learn. I am no spring chicken, I have grand children who are married. This being the case I am hoping I am a late blummer and soon catch on to catching fish. Anyway, I enjoy being out on the water and just relaxing, fish or no fish. Tappan is a very interesting lake with about every type of tarrain you could think of and I will be back. (it's about an hour trip from my home).
How about others who have fished this lake lately, any luck?
