On my way back from Toledo I decided to enjoy a couple of hours on the water. I pulled off to a good looking spot that i have always eyed, but never fished before. Water was clear and low. Waded upstream to find some very nice looking holes. Picked out a nice 12" whitebass on the 4th cast. One nice crappie, many meaty rockbass, 2 angry bluegills, and ~10 smallies. All around 10-14". Small jigs with twister tails was the hot bait. Saw a buch of carp cruising around. Very beautiful around there, I will most definately have to keep exploring.

The river is very nice scenery up north, good job on the fishes. I am going to try it this evening, will post.
