Sun May 15th Islands

Tough one out there for us today. Marks as far as the eye could see and couldn’t buy more than 3. We pulled off the water early and went and had some beers. Got out at 630 and caught all fish before 830. Fished 2 more hours going over mark after mark and called it.

All fish lower in the water at 80-100 and at 2-2.2 on bandits.

How deep were you running the bandits and where around the islands were you?

Most of our leads were 80-120 but we had some up in the water as high as 25ft. We were South if the monument and went as far as green.

I would have slowed boat down if you could. We had to go 1.7 max a couple weeks ago and it made all difference.

Couple weeks ago 1.5 was the ticket for us. I think they are transitioning here and the full super moon might have shut them down.

Didn’t feel like using meat yet but maybe I’ll run a few harnesses next week.
