StCroix customer care

  1. Just thought I'd give an update on my STCroix premier rod I snapped. Talked to a customer rep. I didn't have the rod registered nor did I have a receipt. I mailed it back w/ $10 and sure enough, ten days later I have a new rod! I think that kind of customer care is worth the extra money the rods fetch.
     
  2. Glad to hear you had a good experience. I have sent rods and reels back to companies before with mixed results. The best have been stcroix and pennicle.
