Spiderwire and gasoline mix

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by FishnJoe, May 12, 2005.

  1. Great stuff and not just for fishing. I have a rideing mower that has needed the gas tank clean now for 3 years. So back then I tried a temporary fix that still holds. Amazing. I grabbed a piece of spider wire.I tied the inlet tube in the gas tank up a couple inches off the keep dirt and particles from being sucked up. Thats 3 years ago (it's on my list to clean the tank someday, LOL ) Well it is still holding like the day I tied it up. Great stuff....I thought the gasoline would have dissolved it long ago.
