smokin' today

  1. got rained out at work, so rigged a canopy over my smoker and threw on some meat. I'd cured a pork loin with buckboard bacon cure and smoked it to make canadian bacon. Also threw on a couple of "fatties" (sausage log with bbq rub on them) as well as some "beef logs" using a recipe from Morton's tenderquick website. Smellin' good!
