Woke up late, walked what seemed like 5miles of water, 1 small fish within the first 10 mins of fishing so it was where i started. However im an optimist and i only lost one lure so i guess i can trade off the monster smallie for saving 20 bucks in lures. :D Was really surprised they were turned off today, if anyone has any info on smallmouth activity, something I obviously have no clue about cause i thought today would be great, please let me know.

  4. Err, don't take the King's advice :) . I fish 'em in the evening during this time of the year not morning. Once the water temps start dipping below 55, I prefer to fish after the water has had max time to be warmed by the sun rather than in the AM when the water is at its coolest.
