Its hard to believe I've been working on two different wood boats since last August....the previous I only had it out twice then winter set in. This one will be on the water in 2 weeks, and every weekend after that !!

Thanks fellas........To get the boat on stands I chocked the trailer with the transom 2 ft from where I wanted it. Then you push the boat 2 ft off the rear. Then jack up the rear and set on stands, move to the bulkhead about under the windsheild and jack it up and slide the trailer fwd repeat this several times moving past the cross braces in the trailer. Reverse the process to retrailer the boat. It takes awhile, I couldn't roll this one over like the 16 ft.
