I bought one a couple years ago.Its nice, they give you a couple plastic ones.

I believe that may be that it's not available to you yet I went to renew my license 4 months early and they said too early to renew have to wait 30 days before I could renew I think they said 30 days (memory sucks)

If you get the app from ODNR your licenses will be on your phone along with the regulations....
