being new to the area south of circleville,a local told me of a school
off of rt23 in south columbus where i could get access to the scioto, well a few things
to look out for.do not pull back in the field with your truck
the col pdept gave me a warning ticket, and do not leave your truck there
at night, its best to pull in the housing devlopement next to it.
allso the owner of the house by the river with the big tree stand
in the back yard has kids that like to shoot paint ball guns problem is
they shot at the river, didnt know i was there.allso the hound they have
howls alot.the fishing was great but seeing my stereo and radar detctr
gone was bad.owner of the house is suppose to get back with me to
give me permission to cut threw his yard.

You talking about the old brick school by the drive-in movie theater on Rt. 23? They still use that school but I never thought of going back there to fish. Thats kind of a rough area, not surprised your car got broken into. I work just up the road by Rt. 104. Somewhere in that area is a small creek that runs into the Scioto. Where I work dumps warm water into the creek from our cooling tower. I guess its about 90 degrees when it hits the creek. Always wanted to fish where it comes out in the winter. Need to look at Google Earth to find it though. Sorry about your stuff getting stolen but atleast you caught some fish.
