Has anybody ever used scent additives for hybrid striped bass? If so, does it seem to improve chances of getting bit? I have a feeling craw or shad scent would work pretty well. What are your favorite scents?

Never hurts to try. Stands to reason if they eat cut bait, stinky shad and skippies, I don't see why not. I personally don't because the water at the dam I fish is always moving. Now a lake would be better. Where you fishing? PM me if you don't wanna give up your honey hole
