Scenic River Plates ?

    Anyone know where the money goes for the scenic river license plates. Does 100% go toward a scenic river fund ? My wife got the plates but can't find the paper that tells you where the money goes.

    The additional cost you pay I think $25.00 goes to the senic river fund. The rest to the State.

    No they are not, they run about $35.00 more than the regular plates the first time you buy them.
