  1. WENT OUT FOR THE AFTERNOON OF FISHING
THE MORNING BITE, WAS VERY GOOD ACCORDING TO THE OTHER FISHERMEN
THEY CAUGHT BASS ON PLASTIC WORMS BOTH 6'' AND BETTER RESULTS ON 4'' WORMS. ALSO SPINNERBAITS AND CRANKBAITS PRODUCED ALL DAY.
THE AFTERNOON BITE WAS A LITTLE SLOW UNTIL 7:00 P.M. THEN THE MINNOWS STARTED CRUISING THE SHALLOWS, AND WITH THEM THE BASS, CRAPPIE, PERCH AND WALLEYE CAME IN. I MANAGED 9 BASS 12''- 15'', 5 small perch, 2 crappie, 1-16'' walleye ALL CAUGHT SLOW ROLLING SPINNERBAITS, AND SLOWLY WORKING CRANKBAITS, RIGHT WHERE SHALLOW FLATS MEET DEEPER WATER. THE FISH FEED ON THESE FLATS. ALSO CAUGHT BASS AROUND THE WOOD, WITH A SPINNERBAIT. THERE IS AN ALGAE BLOOM BEGINNING TO SHOW ON THE WATER, WHICH IN THE PAST PRODUCED GOOD BASS FISHING FOR ME. P.S. I DIDN'T CATCH A CARP TODAY.
