  1. BP20

Hit the lake early fri morning. Lot of anglers steadily showed up and took there places along the shore. Cool and breezy made for a long morning of waiting. At 11:00 am, finally had a stray trout hit my powerbait.
Not much action on the lake, fish had a bad case of lockjaw
Left at about 2:00 with only a single.
Seems slow, anybody have an answer ? bp
  2. I've never had any luck there with powerbait. All the trout I've caught there were on roostertails. The best place I found for me was just north of the docks, before you go around the corner. Out about 15 to 20 ft is a weed bed. I had a lot of success in the past fishing a roostertail through this area. Fish it just fast enough for the blades to spin. If you fish it too fast they won't bite. Hope this helps.
