Road closing near Mad River

Discussion in 'Southwest Ohio Fishing Reports' started by troutcar, May 1, 2004.

  1. I put this under fishing reports because it may effect you if you are heading up from Dayton or South of there to Springfield or the Mad River.

In Clark County, Beginning Monday, May 3, 2004, SR 4 northbound will be closed from Enon Rd. to the intersection of USR 40. It is scheduled to be closed until October. The official detour route is I-70 east to USR 68 north to SR 4 north.

That is the section of 4 that spurs out of I-70E and heads direct to Springfield.
It Follows the Mad river for five miles or so. It will be open to the first Exit, Enon but closed the rest of the way North Bound.
