removing foam???

    im wanting to powdercoat my boat... i need to remove the foam from under the bench seats in my boat to powdercoat it.. how would you suggest i remove it so i can replace it after coating it... the powder coating will be backed on at 400 deg. so it has to be taken out....
     
  2. either cut it out so that you can put it right back with glue or just cut it out and replace it with new expanding foam for marine use. I did this in my tracker, the stuff is awesome. I destroyed some while building a rod locker and just poured in new and watched it expand, then cleaned it right up...
