Does anyone know of any reel repair shops that are within about a half hour drive of the Canton-Massillon area?
  2. Try Rodmakers in Strongsville, they have a web site.

  3. Mogadore Bait and Tackle on Mogadore Rd. just east of Akron has always done well by me. Great prices and pretty quick turnaround.

There is a guy in Massilion who I go to. I don't have his card with me. Call Kames and ask them for his number. They usually have a pile of his business cards in the fishing area.
He is near Traphagen and SR 241. I'll see whether I can find his card tonight.
  5. I believe this is who Lewzer was thinking of....

    Reel Solutions
    7851 Daytona St Nw
    Massillon, OH 44646
  6. What do you have? I might be able to help you out. I am in Akron but my main job is in Canton.

Ive got 4 or 5 different reels I need worked on. They have added up over a few years and I figure instead of letting them collect dust I might as well just have them fixed. I think theres 2 trolling reels, 2 spinning, and 1 baitcast reel that I want fixed.

Thanks for the help guys! Probably will give the guy in massillon a call!

I called Reel Solutions today for a reel I have.
He's closed until after New Year's.

Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Lee. (leeabu)
